Quick Start Guide

  1. 1. Sign in with your credentials provided by your administrator.
  2. 2. Configure your store in Settings: name, tax rate, and M-PESA details.
  3. 3. Add Categories, then create your Services (treatments) and Products (retail items).
  4. 4. Add your Staff members with their commission rates.
  5. 5. Open the POS, open your cash float, and start ringing up sales!

Point of Sale

Ring up sales with services and products. Accept Cash or M-PESA payments. Track client loyalty and staff commissions automatically.

Reports

Deep analytics: Sales, Profit & Loss, Hourly Analysis, Client Retention, Product Performance, and Trends with period comparison.

Clients

Full client database with visit history, spending, loyalty points, allergies, and personal notes.

Appointments

Schedule and manage appointments. Calendar view, status tracking, and staff assignment.

Catalog

Manage services with pricing and duration. Manage products with SKU, cost, and stock levels.

Staff

Team management with commission tracking, service assignments, and performance metrics.

Multi-Store

Franchise support with isolated data per store. Switch between stores in one click.

Settings

Store config, branding (logo + colors), M-PESA integration, and virtual tour toggle.

Payment Methods

Cash

Enter amount tendered. Change is calculated automatically and shown on the receipt.

M-PESA

Enter customer's phone number (07XXXXXXXX). An STK Push prompt is sent automatically. Payment is confirmed via callback.
